TIP OF THE WEEK...
When throwing, young players tend to open their front side (leg and shoulder) too early causing erratic throws and for the ball to sail up. Make sure you keep your front side closed long enough which will allow you to keep your back elbow as high as your shoulder and your fingers on top of the baseball versus having your fingers underneath the ball like a waiter holding a tray. Around The Horn Baseball/Fastpitch Training teaches the proper fundamentals of baseball and softball from defense to base running to hitting. Professional techniques and methods are instructed by Isaac Valdez who after a collegiate playing career has worked with MLB coaches in all aspects of the game. Isaac will work with your team or individual one on one instruction.
